PERSONAL PROFILE
I consider myself to be an extremely hardworking enthusiastic individual who continually strives for a challenge. I am able to work on my own initiative to obtain good results and can easily adapt to various environments where necessary. I possess excellent communication skills and IT skills which I have acquired through both my GNVQ Advanced Information Technology qualification and through my studies at University on my Computer Science Degree course. I have excellent customer service skills and have developed a good telephone manner. I am a fast learner who has a good eye for detail and I am able to work well under pressure. It is my aim to seek employment with an organization who acknowledges all my computer and customer service skills.
