To some people, the more colourful it is the merrier it is. However, in a more general definition of a well balanced website appearance, it is not always the case. Words such as nice, wow or beautiful can be very subjective when it comes to evaluating the appearance of a particular website. For some, a colourful, flashy and bright website can be appealing while a darker theme could be better for others. So the main question now is - how do you go about choosing the right colours for your website?

Data is very important in any business whether it is online or offline. Data stored in your server cannot be lost as it puts a full stop to your business. Funny, but the best ideas I get on the strangest places. Yesterday I was in the bathroom thinking what will happen when a family member dies... How to get in contact with all the relatives, scattered all over the world. But this counts for good news too. Maybe I can build a web application for it.... It would look like this:

A frequently asked question on the popular css-discuss.org mailing list and archive is, "How do I store and reuse values in my style sheets?"
I can certainly relate to this as a programmer—it was one of the first things I thought of when I started using CSS. Because I prefer to separate my work into discrete modules, I immediately recognized the power behind the concept. I was already using PHP, Perl and other tools to generate HTML dynamically, so CSS didn’t seem quite powerful enough. However, it didn’t take me long to learn how to approach style sheets in a similar way.

If it doesn’t read quickly, It doesn’t work.
This rule applies to everyone -- from the lofty creative director to the junior designer to the boss who employs them. By "read" I mean a viewer’s ability to comprehend the advertisement or message in less than three seconds. That’s right! You have only three seconds to convey your message. If you have not successfully captured your reader or viewer by then, they will simply move on. Whether you're on TV or the Web, you are one simple click away from being ignored. In print, you're one turn away. Good design is essential whether you're creating a church newsletter or developing a multi-million dollar ad campaign for TV.

This is the question I ask myself when some Webmaster invites my to exchange links. First of all I don't want my web site to be associated with gambling of porn because it is bad for my reputation. Secondly I need to know more about the suggested linkpage because I take the linking business seriously. Will this linkpage help me to gain the traffic to my site? Does this linkpage help me to get a higher pagerank? The first question about the right content can be answered by visiting the linkpage. The other questions are more difficult to be answered. Since I get more than one exchange proposal in a day I made a tool to analyse a linkpage. In this article I want to share this tool with you.
