Website Monitor explained.

The Website Monitor checks every hour if the activated websites are available. Every check is counted together with the availability.
Use:
1. Webhosts proof their 99.999 % up time.
2. Webdesigners test webhosts before they choose one.
3. Site owners create highly indexed links to their website.
